Client Project: Mother Theresa Family & Youth Center (MTFYC) Full Network Procurement Installation Project

MTFYC is a 100-square-foot multi-purpose hall facility located in West Guadalcanal. Pacific Builders Company Limited manages this project, but the Data Network component has been subcontracted to ITSUP. The scope of work includes CAT6 and Fibre Optic Cabling installations in the building.

Malaitolo is a non-profit organisation that supports schools and communities in Malaita province with IT hubs that enable connectivity to rural schools and communities for educational purposes. Our task is to handle the procurement, installation, and billing of all 13 sites where Malaitolo has established its IT hubs.

Client Project: Managed IT Services for Malaitolo IT Hubs

Malaitolo is a non-profit organisation that supports schools and communities in Malaita province with IT hubs that enable connectivity to rural schools and communities for educational purposes. ITSUP Ltd has provided remote IT support services to manage user computers and network devices of over 1300 assets deployed to the IT hubs using remote monitoring and software-defined networking (SD-WAN) technologies.

This client wants a custom and professional business email that they can use for business communications. We registered their domain (ssec.org.sb) and hooked them up to Zoho, their cloud email host.

Client Project: Business Email Setup for Prime Consulting

This client wants a custom and professional business email that they can use for business communications. We registered their domain (prime.com.sb) and then hooked them to Google Workspace as their Office Suite.

Client Project: IT Audit for Malaitolo Education Initiative

The Malaitolo Education Initiative provides learning support to Schools in Malaita province. A vital component of this project is to set up Tech Hubs in Schools and communities where this initiative is implemented. ITSUP is tasked with an IT Audit to assess the current setup and determine/recommend the best ICT infrastructure to support this program.

Overseas Client/Partner: CommsLearning NZ

ITSUP partnered with CommsLearning NZ to offer Certified Telecommunications training to local clients. The training includes FOA-certified fiber Optics Technicians, Fiber Optics Network Designers, and Premises Cabling Technicians. Our role is to co-facilitate these training sessions with the trainer for our local clients, namely Our Telekom, Satsol, Solomon Power, and Solomon Ports.
